ShadowProtocol.digital builds cross-platform Android and iOS games from our Chapel Street studio — prototype, launch, and live-operate titles that feel great in the hand.
What we stand for
We are twelve designers, engineers and artists working out of a converted warehouse in Windsor. We take a handful of projects each year so every frame, tap and haptic gets our full attention.
One Unity codebase, tuned separately for iOS and Android so 60fps and battery life hold up on a five-year-old handset.
We playtest weekly with real players from launch day, reading session data and heatmaps to cut friction before it ships.
Launch is the start. We run seasonal events, balance patches and content drops that keep a title fresh for years.

We build primarily in Unity and ship a single codebase to both iOS and Android. Native modules are written per platform where performance or store features demand it, and we handle all submission requirements for the App Store and Google Play.
Most complete titles land between A$60,000 and A$220,000 depending on scope, multiplayer and content volume. We always start with a fixed-price prototype sprint so you can gauge the fit before larger commitments.
We handle app store optimisation, store creative and soft-launch analytics in-house. For paid user acquisition at scale we partner with specialist media buyers and manage them on your behalf.
Yes. On final payment you receive full ownership of the source, art and backend, along with clean documentation. There are no licensing fees or lock-in, and we can help onboard an in-house team afterwards.
Often, yes. We begin with a paid technical audit of your codebase and backlog, then give you an honest assessment of what to keep, refactor or rebuild before quoting the work.
Our studio is at 58 Chapel Street, Windsor VIC 3181, a short walk from Windsor station. You are welcome to visit for a playtest — we are here Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm AEST.
